Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various transportation positions within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• 1099 position
• Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application & ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
• Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, overcome obstacles associated with areas preventing applicants form attending scheduled orientation when requested.
• Administrative duties and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting.
• Willing to work during normal business hours to ensure desired results
• Customer service, recruiting, and logistics experience is a plus but not required.
