Quality Control Manager at a Leading Manufacturing Firm

Location: Texas ~ Greater Palmer Area

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 + Bonus

Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring top-notch quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Quality Control Manager who is passionate about innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage quality management systems and analytical services programs, splitting your time between the floor and the office.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Innovate: Promote efficiency programs and foster a culture of quality across the facility.
• Strategize: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business plans.
• Enhance Capabilities: Build processes to ensure quality production from raw material sourcing through in-process and final inspection.
• Ensure Compliance: Guide colleagues in meeting key regulatory certification requirements and uphold industry standards.
• Manage Quality Issues: Serve as the primary customer contact for resolving quality-related issues and develop recall and traceability programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other technical field preferred.
• Experience: Experience in quality control, engineering, production management, project management, or related environment.
• Compliance Expertise: Knowledge in ISO 9001 methodology, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S & Six Sigma a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Certifications: Certification in ASQ disciplines is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Access, Mini-Tab, Power BI, and Data Management software.
