We are a small, family-run business managing 8 commercial properties with approximately 140 tenants. We are committed to providing exceptional property management services and fostering strong tenant relationships.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager with 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will excel at managing tenant relationships and maintaining property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned commercial properties.
• Advertise and fill vacancies through effective marketing strategies.
• Screen tenants and negotiate leases.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Enforce lease agreements and resolve tenant disputes professionally.
• Process accounts receivable and assist with accounts payable.
• Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements.
• Assist in creating site plans as needed.
• Processing 3 day notices and communicating with legal.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of property management experience in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Yardi property management software.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations, property maintenance practices, and legal administrative procedures.
• Excellent skills in conflict resolution and customer service.
• Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Monday work management software is a plus.
• Experience creating site plans is an advantage.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
