Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for an Project Manager to work on a project we have in Dallas, Texas, United States.

CMC provide expert engineering solutions on an international capacity for Data Centre projects. Currently, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us provide solutions on a project based in Dallas, Texas, United States.

You’ll be involved in:

• Responsible for driving team performance , scheduling, commercial oversight, budgeting, and quality.
• Lead overall project delivery , ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams (construction, mechanical, electrical, commissioning), coordinating across all project phases.
• Oversee programme scheduling and critical path management , proactively addressing risks, delays, or scope changes.
• Control project finances , including budgeting, cost tracking, change control, and commercial reporting.
• Act as primary point of contact ensuring clear communication, reporting, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

In order to suit the project requirements, you must have:

• 5 years Data Centre experience.
• Mechanical or Electrical project management background suitable.
• Experience driving full project delivery (schedule, cost, quality).
• Must be capable of leading independently.
• Dallas United States based consultants also considered.
• Customer-facing, leadership-oriented profile essential.
