Our platform connects brokers and lenders, streamlining deal-making and financing in an efficient, data-driven, and user-friendly manner. As we expand, we are looking for a Product/Project Manager with expertise in CRE financing to lead our product development efforts, drive innovation, and ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Role Overview The Product/Project Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our fintech product, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate financing and technical development, an ability to translate complex financial concepts into product features, and strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs. Collaborate with engineering, UX/ UI design, and sales teams to develop innovative features that enhance the user experience for brokers and lenders. Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to refine the platform's offerings. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Leverage data analytics to monitor product performance and optimize user engagement. Project Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives via Clickup Task Management Tool. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track. Coordinate between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful outcomes. Implement agile methodologies for efficient product development and iteration. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management or project management within a fintech, lending, or commercial real estate finance environment. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate financing, underwriting, loan origination, and deal structuring. Experience working with fintech products, particularly in lending marketplaces, loan origination platforms, or CRE financing tools. Proficiency in using Agile methodologies, project management tools (ClickUp), and product management frameworks. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools (SmartLook, Google Analytics, PowerBI, SQL) to measure product success. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a CRE brokerage, lending institution, or real estate investment firm. Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), or bridge lending structures. Background in UX/UI collaboration for financial platforms.
