Job Description
Almac Group is currently seeking a
Product Owner for our Durham, NC location. The Product Owner is responsible for driving several key components of the product/solution software development life cycle along with product/solution support. The Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to explore and identify product/solution needs, define product/solution requirements, generate, and execute PQ tests, and deliver business readiness tasks. For product/solution support, the Product Owner assists with troubleshooting, issue resolution, implementing bug fixes and enhancements to improve product performance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead requirements analysis, gathering and stakeholder confirmation, ensuring that requirements are defined, recorded, and conform to Almac standards. Serve as the requirements principal source between the business/customer stakeholders and the delivery teams (functional, development and test)
- Collaborate with system analysts, development, and systems test throughout software development lifecycle to ensure clarity on requirements design.
- Complete PQ test planning, writing and execution. Co-ordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate and complete User Acceptance Testing as required.
- Develop Business Readiness plan and delivers/co-ordinates assigned tasks such as SOP updates, internal and external communication, user guides, training material etc.
- Manage assigned product backlog, prioritizing and providing recommendations on most value-add changes to deliver via the product roadmap.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product(s). Providing support and leading issue resolution for assigned product(s) to include supporting the delivery of bug fixes.
