Position Summary:
Our WMS Product Planning Role will be the bridge between business users and product managers and connect the knowledge base across different markets.
This is an on-site position based in Seattle, US.
Responsibilities:
● Stay close to our key business stakeholders, understand their visions about business growth and translate the needs into product roadmaps
● Drive the planning of product enhancements by carefully analyzing the operation data, user feedback and competitive landscape
● Provide accurate and frequent product insights to drive warehouse operation excellence
● Create, assign and manage product design tasks
● Understand and manage vendor systems to ensure stable operations
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logitics Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields
● Over 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in warehouse and logistics management
● Understand end-to-end supply chain processes and previous experience with WMS is a must
● Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to research and benchmark
● The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
● Proficiency in both English and Mandarin would be an asset
