Join our team as a Pharmacy Patient Assistance Specialist, where you'll support patients in accessing essential medications through co-pay assistance and Patient Assistance Programs (PAP). Under the guidance of the Assistant Director Medication Access & Financial Navigation, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including pharmacists, clinicians, billing staff, and external partners such as pharmaceutical companies and third-party payers. This role plays a key part in improving patient outcomes by coordinating financial support resources, assisting with PAP applications, and serving as a pharmacy liaison for departments like the Bone Marrow Transplant Office. You’ll also help train support staff and contribute to daily operations within the Reimbursement Department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $20.23/hour - Maximum $33.40/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
