We are seeking a highly trustworthy, talented, Personal Assistant to support a time-challenged global executive who currently has a business EA, and needs someone to manage all of the away from office functions as outlined below:
General Job Outline
Manage the house, laundry (he has a cleaning service) run errands; ensure groceries are stocked after his trips. He is building a house - help coordinate contractors. He will have a lot of travel and he will lean on this person for the additional coordination of the renovation and move. Work with contractors to ensure things get done. Description is subject to evolve/change over time as role evolves.
Required Skills
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work with agility as our executive moves quickly, and there are things always going on. Be a strong communicator. Comfortable with a relaxed communication style. Our executive is structured yet not dictatorial. Be comfortable with giving and receiving feedback. Must own a car. Self sufficient. Manage ambiguity. Ask questions for clarity. You are self assured. Beyond the fundamentals, and, over time, handle meal prep to maintain his healthy life style. Pick up the dry cleaning. Trust is huge along with confidentiality. Our executive owns multiple properties and does philanthropic work and consulting on the side. He is down to earth, not pretentious and and works best with down-to-earth people as well. This will be 32-35 hours a week. Ideally have an August start.
