About the job:

Benefits and Pay Range:

• $30/hr. - $45/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving conflicts across multiple time zones.
• Support the daily operations and logistics of both professional and personal tasks.
• Assist with a wide range of responsibilities, including technological support, personal errands, property management, and general administrative duties.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience
