Take the next step with us and apply today! Earnings Potential: The wage range for this role is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities * Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner. * Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the proper department, and follow up in a timely manner. * Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. * Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket. * Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers. * Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies. * Perform all other special duties and projects as requested. * Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy. * Must follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience * Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment * Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills What We Offer:
