Best Brains Leander West (12621 Hero Way West, Leander, TX 78641) is hiring passionate part-time state certified teachers to help students aged 3–14 build confidence and excel in Math and English. This is a perfect

opportunity for educators who enjoy working with young learners in a structured, engaging

environment—without the hassle of lesson planning!

About the Role:

• Teach Math and English to students aged 3–14 in small group settings (3-5 people).
• Deliver engaging, interactive lessons using our pre-prepared materials.
• Provide personalized instruction and build students’ confidence.
• Monitor student progress and share feedback with parents and center administrators.
• Teach reading, writing strategies, and math concepts at primary, intermediate, and secondary levels.
• Maintain a structured, engaging classroom environment
• Use provided materials—no lesson planning required
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Math, or English (preferred)
• At least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience with children aged 3–14 (classroom or tutoring experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and fostering academic growth
• Ability to manage small group instruction effectively
• Patience, adaptability, and an engaging teaching style
• Retired teachers are encouraged to apply!
