TalentLogistiX is immediately seeking skilled Painters  in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our winning team! We offer steady work , above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Location:  Indianapolis, IN 46226

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm (some OT may be required)

Painter Responsibilities: 

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, patching, masking, caulking, or priming as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, or coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, cabinetry, and exteriors using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Match paint colors and finishes to project specifications or customer selections.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections.

Painter Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional painting experience, preferably in residential or modular construction.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and different paint types, finishes, and application methods.
• Ability to use and maintain various painting tools, including sprayers, rollers, and brushes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
