What will your role be?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead and support the adoption and integration of digital tools, systems, and processes within the Digital Workplace domain. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing change strategies, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital literacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Digital, IT, leadership, and business stakeholders—to ensure that change initiatives are successfully implemented with minimal disruption and maximum adoption. This role will also involve communicating change impacts, developing training and support materials, and assessing readiness across teams.

Activities:

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with project managers and business leaders to develop and execute tailored change management strategies
  • Design and implement change plans that support the rollout of new technologies, systems, and processes
  • Develop communication and training strategies to prepare employees for digital transitions

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify risks and resistance related to organizational changes and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work with leadership to build support and alignment around change initiatives
  • Help communicate change benefits and impacts clearly and consistently to all levels of the organization

Communication & Training

  • Create and deliver communication plans across multiple channels to support change messaging
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, guides, and online resources to ease transitions
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to boost user adoption of new digital tools

Adoption & Support

  • Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Partner with IT and support teams to ensure end-users receive timely guidance during transitions
  • Analyze user behavior and recommend adjustments to improve adoption and engagement

Change Impact & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to understand how digital tools and systems affect employees and teams
  • Identify knowledge or capability gaps and design targeted interventions to close them
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform improvements in change processes, communication, and user experience
  • Collaborate with the Digital Workplace team to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of tools and workflows
  • Promote a culture of digital curiosity, learning, and change readiness across the organization.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, ideally within digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Experience developing and delivering training and communication plans for digital tool adoption
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and agile environments
  • Familiarity with SAFe methodologies and Agile frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and help others grow
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex technical topics in a clear, user-friendly way
  • Quality-oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve work experiences
  • This role will require a minimum of 4 days per week in the office
  • Fluency in French is a plus
