Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Women's Services! $10,000 Sign on bonus!

The Director of Women’s Services supports the Labor and Delivery Unit, Postpartum, and Nursery/NICU Units. Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. Accountable for high-quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's Degree from recognized college or university required (BSN preferred); Master's Degree highly preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• BLS required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required
• Current NC RN licensure.

Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Minimum 2 years’ management experience is preferred.
