Job Description

Network Aruba Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Customer Embedded Support : Serve as an on-site Aruba expert, acting as an extended member of the customer’s IT team to provide day-to-day support and technical leadership.
Networking & Wireless Expertise : Leverage deep experience in LAN/WAN/WLAN and Aruba solutions including AOS 8/10, Aruba Central, AirWave, and ClearPass to maintain and optimize customer infrastructure.
Operations & Maintenance : Conduct routine network checks, ensure compliance with operational standards, and update technical documentation and processes as needed.
Migration & Integration Projects : Lead and support network migrations, integrations, and implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
Troubleshooting & Case Resolution : Collaborate with support teams to resolve network issues effectively and efficiently, applying root cause analysis and proactive monitoring.
Project Collaboration & Execution : Work closely with stakeholders to support ongoing projects, contributing across all phases of the lifecycle with strong communication and change management skills.
