Job Title: Marketing Assistant/ Social Media
Location: East Hills, Long Island, NY | In-Office Position Part-Time

Responsibilities:
· Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Use LinkedIn Recruiter to provide a source for potential hires.
· Support email marketing campaigns and maintain email lists
· Work with Advisors on their marketing material and campaigns
· Help develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and client communications
· Coordinate community events, webinars, and promotional activities
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis
· Update website content as needed
· Track and report on marketing performance metrics
· Other projects as needed
Qualifications:
· 1+ year of marketing, or social media experience preferred
· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hours & Compensation:
· 25-30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
· $22 - $25 per hour
· Potential for growth or transition to full-time based on performance
