About the Role :

We're looking for a  Machine Learning and AI Integration Professional  to help us improve operations through automation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and systems integration, with a focus on developing intelligent solutions that improve business operations and decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design automated solutions, and develop tools using platforms like Python, AWS, Salesforce, and third-party APIs. Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment are key to success in this role. You should be comfortable working independently, learning new tools quickly, and taking initiative to tackle challenges without waiting for step-by-step instructions. Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Learning & AI:  Design, develop, and optimize AI models using proprietary data to solve business problems. Focus areas include natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making. Fine-tune and integrate models within internal systems.
• Coding & Automation:  Use Python and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to build scalable automation pipelines for data workflows, process optimization, and system integration. Explore AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Salesforce Maintenance & Optimization:  Ensure data integrity in Salesforce through automation of data entry, deduplication, and validation. Enhance Salesforce functionality by configuring flows, validation rules, permission sets, and custom logic (Apex).
• API & System Integration:  Build and maintain APIs and integrations between internal systems (Salesforce, AWS, third-party platforms). Automate workflows and ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.
• Workflow Automation:  Design and implement scalable automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and third-party integration tools to minimize manual tasks and boost team productivity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points and deliver scalable, automated solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications :

●  Education :

○ Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering , or a related technical field.

●  Essential Skills :

○ Proficiency in  Python  (data processing, automation, model deployment).

○ Experience with  API development  and third-party system integrations.

○ Solid understanding of  machine learning  and  AI  with hands-on experience in building models.

○ Strong  communication skills  for explaining complex analyses to various audiences.

●  Preferred Skills :

○ Familiarity with  front-end development  (HTML, JavaScript) for data-related web applications.

○ Experience with  Salesforce CRM ,  Apex coding , or similar CRM tools.

○ Proficiency in  AWS services  for data storage, processing, or model deployment.
