You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth, cost-effective movement and delivery of advanced aerospace tooling — coordinating shipments from global suppliers to warehouses and customers with razor-sharp focus on speed, efficiency, and compliance.
What You’ll Own:
✨ Develop and execute cutting-edge international logistics strategies that slash costs and accelerate delivery timelines
✨ Lead coordination of air freight, drayage, and warehouse operations for a high-volume, built-to-order aerospace product line
✨ Master import/export clearance, customs compliance, and VAT recovery to keep everything moving smoothly
✨ Collaborate with world-class transportation providers and internal teams to ensure flawless shipment tracking and customer satisfaction
✨ Dive into shipment data to uncover and solve issues, driving continuous improvements
✨ Travel internationally (5-10 weeks/year) to set up and optimize global warehouse operations
What You Bring to the Mission:
💥 Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
💥 5+ years of hands-on international import/export logistics experience — aerospace or other highly regulated industries preferred
💥 Deep expertise in managing complex, built-to-order product logistics, especially air freight and drop-shipping
💥 In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and VAT recovery in global supply chains
💥 Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
