About the Company

Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified associate with three to five years of experience to join its nationally recognized litigation and disputes practice in Seattle.

About the Role

The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of litigation, with a focus on Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, including white collar criminal matters, corporate internal investigations, civil regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and False Claims Act cases.

Responsibilities

• You will have opportunity to defend global companies with complex, cutting-edge legal issues in all aspects of case development, including being part of high-stakes trial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a federal or state prosecutor or federal criminal defense lawyer.
• Highly developed research and writing skills.

Required Skills

• Preferred Experience includes handling motions, depositions, and assisting in all stages of discovery and trial work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
• Experience in complex litigation and/or investigations a strong benefit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
