Our partner company,   , provides comprehensive AV production and equipment rental services, specializing in audio, video, lighting, staging, LED walls, and pipe and drape solutions. Their AV services are available throughout all 50 US states to ensure flawless events.

Currently, the team is looking for a Link Builder (full-time) to join our team. Please pay attention to the fact that the work schedule will be according to the New York/LA time zone (9 am - 6 pm EST time zone).

As a Link Builder , your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority and rankings;
  • Conducting comprehensive backlink audits and analyzing competitor link profiles using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush;
  • Identifying and reaching out to relevant websites for guest posting, partnerships, and other link-building opportunities;
  • Managing outreach campaigns and fostering relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers;
  • Monitoring and responding to HARO queries to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources;
  • Registering websites in relevant directories, industry listings, and citation sources;
  • Ensuring all backlinks comply with best SEO practices and Google guidelines to avoid penalties;
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of link-building campaigns.

What will set you up for success:

Hard skills:

  • Link building expertise – you have 3+ years of experience with various link types (editorial, guest posts, directories, citations) and link attributes (follow, nofollow, UGC, sponsored);
  • Indexation & crawling – you are proficient in backlink indexation techniques, Google Search Console, and troubleshooting indexing issues;
  • SEO & donor site evaluation –  you can assess site quality using SEO metrics (DA, Trust Flow, organic traffic) and identify high-value link opportunities;
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, and HARO;
  • Knowledge of guest blogging, digital PR, and content strategies for ethical, high-value link acquisition.

  • Strong written & verbal English skills (C1 English or higher);
  • Organizational & research skills  for managing multiple link-building campaigns;
