Legal Counsel

Fort Washington - On Site

We’re seeking a talented and business-oriented Legal Counsel to support our clients' continued growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, consulting, purchase, and servicing contracts.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues, including corporate, compliance, privacy, and insurance-related matters.
• Work cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations to drive business success while managing legal risk.
• Oversee and manage outside counsel to ensure high-quality, cost-effective legal support.
• Provide clear, concise, and practical legal guidance with a strong understanding of business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (Pennsylvania preferred).
• 3–5 years of legal experience, ideally with both law firm and in-house exposure.
• Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment, commercial awareness, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience in insurance regulation, privacy, or financial services is a plus but not required.
