MONO Interior Design is an emerging interior design studio founded in 2024 as a creative extension of Atlas General Construction, a well-established Bay Area construction company. Born from the need to integrate thoughtful design with exceptional build quality, MONO focuses on high-end residential and boutique commercial interiors that are modern, functional, and elevated.
As we expand our vision, we're looking for a creative partner to step into a 49% partnership role, someone who can help shape the design direction of the studio and grow MONO into a distinctive, respected brand in the California design landscape.
As a partner, you will work closely with our creative director and take an active role in shaping the creative and business direction of the studio. You will be involved in all stages of the design process and contribute meaningfully to project execution and studio growth.
What This Role Offers
• No base salary. Compensation is based entirely on profit sharing from completed and successful projects.

What We Are Looking For
• 2+ years of professional experience in interior design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• A self-driven, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
