🕒 Duration: 3 months | Potential for Full-Time Conversion

💲 Pay Rate: $35.00 – $39.70/hour

Russell Tobin is partnering with a global manufacturing leader to hire a Supply Chain Analyst focused on IT and Digital Category Management & Sourcing . This is your chance to play a key role in a $200M global IT spend portfolio—including software, hardware, telecom, and cybersecurity.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership across the IT & Digital category to drive performance and results.
• Analyze operational spend and develop sourcing strategies to reduce risk and increase value.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing operations—from RFQ to contract negotiation and execution .
• Manage key supplier relationships and performance for quality, cost, and delivery compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and improve sourcing needs and strategy.
• Evaluate supplier operations to ensure cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Negotiate contracts within defined spend limits and identify new sources of supply.
• Develop strategic commodity plans and drive execution across global teams.

✅ Qualifications You Need:

• Master’s degree + 5 years of experience in global supply chain/business OR
• Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience.

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• MBA or advanced degree in supply chain or business.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional and/or global teams.
• Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to make independent, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and business acumen.
