Summary of Job:  As an  HVAC Maintenance Professional,  you will be primarily responsible for performing HVAC maintenances for residential and commercial customers as a part of our maintenance program offerings and assisting HVAC Professionals with various tasks and repairs when not performing maintenances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform commercial and residential HVAC maintenance: splits, mini-splits, package units, RTUs, etc.
  • Assist HVAC Service technicians on job sites with various tasks/jobs/repairs
  • Deliver equipment to jobs when necessary
  • Track work suggested and completed via Service Titan
  • Check-in as needed to ensure dispatch and/or field manager is aware of your status
  • Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required
  • Willingness to try new ideas and recommend process improvements to your manager to improve efficiency/effectiveness
  • The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace both in a customer’s property and company vehicle
  • The ability to work safely and the motivation to help ensure that those you work with are working in a safe manner
  • Confidently handle customer interactions and conversations for work recommended and completed

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls; hear, and talk. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs and up. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • 7 am start time

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities

Work Location: In person
