Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Worker/Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across client facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and Boiler house equipment
• Service and maintain large chiller installations and Air Handling Units (AHU)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and controls
• Install, repair, and maintain ventilation systems and ancillaries
• Service split A/C units and air handling plants
• Maintain and repair pumps/pump sets, pressurization units, and make-up units
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Complete required documentation and service reports
• Respond to client maintenance requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient and capable of servicing all HVAC and Boiler house equipment, including pumps/pump sets, pressurization units, make up units, vessels, pressure and expansion, and control panels and components.
• Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC maintenance
• Refrigeration Craft qualification (F-GAS C&G 2009 CAT 1)
• Proven knowledge of AHU, ventilation ancillaries, and relevant controls (Must have)
• Formal training/certification in servicing split A/C and air handling plants
• Experience with large chiller installations and Air Handling Units
• GID gas qualifications
• Previous experience in a building services maintenance role
• RGI qualification (nice to have) and a proven track record in service and maintenance of oil and gas boilers
• Valid driving license and Safepass certification
