Human Resources Coordinator National City, CA Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing Dalton Motors Team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will contribute to the success of our dealerships by providing administrative support in all functional areas of Human Resources. Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
• Maintains accurate and up to date employee records in HRIS systems and filing systems.
• Performs daily maintenance activities to support administration of benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, retirement plans, paid time off and sick leave, leaves of absence and employee assistance including, but not limited to, notifications of eligibility, enrollment, terminations of coverage
• Assists with 401(k) administration as needed.
• Assists HR Generalist in recruiting process.
• Conducts New Hire Orientations as needed.
• Provides backup to HR Generalist as needed.
• Maintain Confidentiality
• Generate reports for HR Team as needed
• Orders office supplies.
• Makes badges for employees, ensures security access is maintained.
• Performs other duties as assigned by ownership, upper management and/or immediate supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Fantastic organizational and interpersonal skills; and ability to work in team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to compose clear and concise correspondence regarding the relevant subject matter.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet tight deadlines and find solutions.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 Benefits:
