Job Description

A company in the Oklahoma City area is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR operations, manage administrative tasks, and help facilitate HR processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, helping to create a positive work environment and support the development of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Support new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on company policies.
• Help manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions.
• Support performance management processes, including tracking reviews, goal setting, and feedback documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee training, development programs, and workshops.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as generating reports, preparing correspondence, and maintaining employee files.
• Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 + year of HR experience
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Workday Experience (highly preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong Organizational skills
