Fast-growing New Jersey-based biotechnology company MYOS CORP is seeking a HubSpot Sales Specialist to optimize and manage our HubSpot CRM, sales processes, and lead conversion strategies. We develop and manufacture science-backed muscle health products for pets and humans. This on-site role is critical in leveraging HubSpot to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a HubSpot expert with a deep understanding of sales automation, CRM management, lead tracking, and reporting. This role will focus on optimizing our sales pipeline, improving lead conversion, and ensuring seamless integration between sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in HubSpot Sales Hub, pipeline automation, and analytics to support our sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for sales team efficiency, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and pipeline tracking.
  • Automate and streamline sales workflows using HubSpot Sales Hub, reducing manual tasks and improving follow-up processes.
  • Lead Management & Nurturing: Track, assign, and nurture leads to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Sales Pipeline Optimization: Monitor and analyze sales funnel performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring leads progress through the pipeline effectively.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed reports on sales performance, lead sources, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer service teams within HubSpot.
  • Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to maximize HubSpot’s capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Email & Outreach Automation: Set up automated email sequences, follow-ups, and lead scoring to enhance engagement and response rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing HubSpot Sales Hub or similar CRM for sales optimization.
  • Strong understanding of sales automation, lead management, and pipeline optimization.
  • Experience with workflow automation, email sequences, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
