Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy , the Marketing Project Manager will coordinate and execute diverse marketing projects across our family of brands. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker with experience in healthcare marketing and a strong background in communications, design, advertising, branding, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing projects that align with business goals.
• Assist in implementing the company’s brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research on trends, patient behavior, and competitors; prepare reports.
• Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate on multi-channel strategies, including social media, email, and traditional advertising (billboards, bus ads, etc.).
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the business development team and provide promotional guidance.
• Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives to support meetings, events and conferences .
• Manage and maintain business development support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Identify new lead generation opportunities and sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing experience required .
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies .
• Experience with marketing metrics, reporting, and data analysis .
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing opportunities.
