Description Patient Service Reps helping with Medicare Redetermination and signing up people for their HealthPlan, answering questions as needed, troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications - High School Diploma REQUIRED - Experience they are looking for: o Experience in a healthcare call center environment o Need at least 1 year of call center o High volume inbound calls 60-80 calls (please make sure you add the call volume to each job on resume) o Be able to multitask o TONS of room for growth. o Understanding HIPPA compliance, Medicare. o Multi-line phone experience. - Excellent soft skills, research, and investigative work. - Onsite but once they pass training, there may be an opportunity for remote - must have workstation, privacy, internet speed. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
