A leading Entertainment Group is seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to support over 300+ merchandise locations. In this role, you’ll bring impactful visual storytelling to life through a variety of digital and physical media — including motion graphics, digital displays, print graphics, and in-store installations . As a key partner to the Retail Creative Team, you’ll help design and produce innovative graphic elements that enhance guest experiences across theme parks, resorts, and signature retail environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on the planning, design, and rollout of storewide graphic packages
• Develop multimedia content including motion graphics, videos, animations, and static displays
• Translate creative concepts into compelling visuals for both single-site and global activations
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to support concept development and production for print graphics
• Prepare design files for print and fabrication with a focus on quality and technical accuracy
• Participate in hands-on graphic production work (printing, cutting, assembling)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of motion graphics and production design experience (5+ years preferred)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong visual design and storytelling skills across digital and print
• Experience with digital display formats and print production workflows
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnights and early mornings as needed
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license and be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
