Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced leader for our client to take charge of their 24/7/365 Network Operations Centre —supporting mission-critical subsea, terrestrial, and MMI services across our US and UK hubs. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor NOC teams in Denver and Magor, creating a culture of ownership, growth, and excellence.
• Oversee incident response, escalations, and service recovery—keeping disruptions to an absolute minimum.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and service management teams to keep global networks running at peak performance.
• Own the NOC strategy—shaping processes, tooling, and automation to continually raise the bar.
• Be the point of contact for stakeholders during major events and represent the NOC in executive reviews.
• Drive service improvements, SLA performance, and operational KPIs across all regions

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing global NOC or operations teams in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of incident, change, and problem management.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery in complex, customer-critical environments.
• A passion for automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
