Job Description

As a General Manager at OG Zaza you are a crucial part of our organizational success and

sustainability. You are responsible for overseeing people development, creating a positive

environment, daily operations, strategic sales growth, and profit-loss control. This leadership

role demands a robust understanding of every department’s functioning, making it integral to the

overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies aligned with company

objectives. This will be aligned with your yearly KPIs.

 Talent Development: Develop and create the future Leaders of OG Zaza. You are the

Leader of internally developing your Management Team, at OG Zaza we believe in

creating better for people. This includes developing trainers that are standard barriers

for your new hires.

 Guest Services: As the Leader in your restaurant, you are responsible for ensuring your

Team welcomes and thanks all Guest. You are the key Leader in this role that every

Guest is engaged with and welcomed back. This ensures we are driving sales! Set the

Za-Tone!

 Resource Management: Allocate financial and human resources efficiently.

 Operational Supervision: Oversee daily operations to ensure we serve great pizza and

salad daily in-house and through our catering channel. You are the key driver as the

subject expert of our New Haven pizza and the step-by-step execution. This includes

maintaining a clean and organized restaurant through line checks and proper opening

and closing procedures.

 Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance to optimize business processes. This

includes people development for internal development and performance management

for underperformance.

 Communication: Liaise with leadership, to maintain a transparent and communicative

environment.

 Business Acumen: You are responsible for understanding financial reports and steps to

improve business results. You will have KPIs tied to expectations quarterly to support

the health of OG Zaza’s business.
