Responsibilities Include:

• Making Arrangements (training provided)
• Wrapping Arrangements
• Cutting Fruit
• Dipping Chocolate
• Answering Phones
• Dealing with customer satisfaction issues & actively upselling

You should be:

• Detail-oriented, a quick learner
• Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens
• Able to work alone or in a group setting
• Responsible, honest, possess a high level of communication
• Excited about our product, articulate
• Self Starter
• Cash handling
• Manage your time/prioritize
• Be able to multi-task

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• If hired, you will be required to work holidays and the days leading up to the holidays (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day etc), plus other Hallmark Holidays.
• Flexible schedules are a plus!!
