✔ Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling & cancellations 🗓
✔ Verify & update patient information in Open Dental 💻
✔ Communicate procedures, policies & answer patient inquiries 🗣
✔ Follow up on appointment reminders & treatment plans 📞
✔ Collaborate with the dental team for smooth workflow 🤝
✔ Build connections & friendships with our patients 💖
🛠 Your Skills:
🔹 Proficiency in Open Dental software (a must!)
🔹 Bilingual (English & Spanish) 📢
🔹 Strong data entry & documentation skills ✍
🔹 Ability to multitask & stay organized
🔹 A patient-first mindset & problem-solving attitude
📍 Location: Hialeah, FL (within Miami-Dade County)
