We currently have an exciting opening for a Fraud Review Analyst. Radial is the pre-eminent B2C eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider powering some of the world's best customer experiences, specializing in tailored, scalable eCommerce fulfillment solutions for mid-market and enterprise brands. **Role Summary:** The Fraud Review Analyst's primary role is to manually review online transactions to determine their authenticity. They will interact with customers and customer service to provide a seamless and secure customer experience. **Responsibilities:** + Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that impact our clients and their customers + Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to identify and stop fraud rings + Interact with customer service and customers through various forms of communication and assist analysts with customer escalations + Focus on improving overall operational effectiveness by helping manage queue volumes + Collaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends **Qualifications:** + Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills + Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organization + Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics driven organization + Willingness and flexibility to work according to business needs including a weekend day + (Desired) Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related field, HS diploma required + Experience working as part of a team **Travel:** + This position is not remote. + Travel is not required **Benefits:** + Opportunities to develop and explore career advancement + Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid life insurance and disability, employer HSA funding + Family planning coverage, including Fertility & Adoption benefits + 401K matching after 6 months with immediate vesting + Generous PTO + Educational assistance and more!
