About the role:

As a Financial Data Analyst with TQL, you will be a key member of the Finance department. You will be working directly with a wide range of internal customers to identify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity enhancement, and cost savings. You will be tasked with leveraging tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI to produce actionable reporting and analyses that will support stakeholder objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take ownership of reporting projects to identify areas of productivity and cost saving improvements
• Build queries, create visualizations, and provide analysis using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Analyze and document business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Streamline and improve routine analysis and reports
• Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
• Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math or related field
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and or managing large amounts of data is a plus
• Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, synthesize the data, and communicate it effectively to create change
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization with changing business needs and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
