Job Description

We are a small but impactful non-profit organization dedicated to foster care and adoption services, and we are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Office/Finance Coordinator. This is a dual-role position that combines finance management with essential office support duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Coordination:

Prepare and process billing and invoicing
Manage deposits and track financial expenses
Input data into QuickBooks and monitor financial records
Utilize Excel to create and maintain financial reports
Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations

Office Management:

Oversee office inventory and supply management
Handle various clerical tasks and customer service inquiries
Ensure all office systems and processes run efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of finance management experience
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Understanding and appreciation for the unique aspects of non-profit work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
