As a Finance Manager in Net Revenue, you will work closely with a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to drive financial operations and provide valuable insights. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your responsibilities from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the FP&A team by enhancing financial operations using the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system, and by acting as a bridge between corporate FP&A and local finance teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Help establish and promote best practices for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to enhance consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to extract actionable insights from key revenue and expense categories.
Consolidate and summarize financial performance data to provide clear insights into divisional results and business drivers.
Partner with divisional leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational improvement initiatives, making a meaningful impact on financial strategies.
Support local finance teams with ad-hoc analysis and various projects, utilizing financial reporting tools such as Essbase, HFM, and Excel-based models to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Required Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related financial roles, ideally within healthcare or multi-facility organizations.
Strong proficiency with Kodiak RCA or similar analytics platforms to improve financial operations.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Advanced skills with financial reporting tools, especially Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to develop complex financial models and conduct detailed data analysis.
Proven ability to act as a liaison between corporate and local finance teams, ensuring clear communication of tasks, deadlines, and updates.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with divisional leadership and subject matter experts.
Experience in consolidating financial performance data and identifying key business drivers.
Familiarity with operational KPIs and developing strategies for improvement based on insights from financial data.
Ability to support project-based work and provide ad-hoc analytics to assist local finance teams.
