What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate with a passion for corporate finance transactions and the drive to take on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in corporate finance transactions, preferably with a large firm
Strong background in commercial litigation and bankruptcy
Excellent academic credentials
Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
