Job Description

Imagine this: You’re standing at the edge of a breakthrough, the kind that doesn’t just change a day or a week, but reshapes lives. In nuclear and medical imaging, every hum of a system, every flicker of a screen, is a chance to see deeper, to know more, to help someone who’s counting on it.

That’s where you come in.

We’re searching for a Field Service Engineer who feels the pull of this story. You’re not just fixing machines—you’re keeping the heartbeat of innovation alive. You’ll dive into the real world of cutting-edge SPECT and SPECT-CT tech, solving problems onsite or over the phone, and making sure clinicians can trust what they see. This isn’t a desk job; it’s a mission. And if you’re ready to travel, troubleshoot, and take ownership, we need you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Tackle onsite and phone support for software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications—be the go-to when it matters most.
  • Lead the charge on customer issues—escalate, resolve, and follow up until they’re smiling again.
  • Roll out next-gen imaging systems, from first installs to fine-tuning, ensuring every launch is a win.
  • Share frontline insights with operations, engineering, and sales to make these tools sharper and smarter.
  • Build trust with customers through clear communication and rock-solid reporting.
  • Boost productivity by spotting gaps in tools, training, or processes—and suggesting fixes that stick.
  • Guide and evaluate service teams, recommending training to keep everyone at the top of their game.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years Medical Imaging experience
  • Solid skills in software installs, upgrades, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Independence—you can handle the road and the job solo.
  • Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time—your office is wherever the action is.
  • A knack for customer service with interpersonal skills that shine.
  • Curiosity, grit, and a problem-solving spark that doesn’t quit.

If you’ve ever wanted to be the one who keeps the future in focus—literally—this is your shot. Bring your skills and that drive to make a difference, one patient, one image, one solution at a time. Ready? Apply now
