Located in Alsip, IL, this position is integral to our mission of creating impactful visual media. Responsibilities Provide high-level executive administrative support to senior management. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Assist in project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations. Assist our CEO with select personal tasks and errands * Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in office software and tools; familiarity with DocuSign is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
