Role Overview:

As an Event Assistant, you will assist in organizing and executing events that promote products and increase brand visibility, while contributing to charitable initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to engage with customers, make an impact at events, and support causes that matter. You will be instrumental in ensuring events run smoothly, and you’ll help create a memorable, engaging experience for attendees that reflects the values of WCO Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of charity-driven events that increase brand visibility and promote our charitable partnerships.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with event attendees, showcasing products and services while addressing questions and providing information about how their participation supports charitable causes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure event goals are achieved, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing brand exposure.
• Brand Promotion & Charity Support: Promote the brand message at all events, ensuring that charitable missions and the company’s values are effectively communicated.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the event, contributing to a positive atmosphere and helping attendees understand the impact of their involvement.
