Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Understand and assist in the development of customer needs
• Gather and analyze quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Research materials, equipment, and labor costs
• Understand and implement risk mitigation strategies on a per project basis
• Timely and efficiently complete multiple assigned tasks
• Prepare and submit proposals to potential customers
• Develop proficiency in the use of company estimating systems and processes
• Interpret scopes of work and project documents to develop bidding strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in estimation, procurement, or project management preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team Player who displays professionalism and promotes a positive workplace.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in Quote Soft or like software preferred
