We are hiring immediately for an appointment setter!

Office located in Concord, CA

Compensation:

Commission: Unlimited income potential, top earners are making well over $100k per year.

Top earners will also qualify for incentive trips and extra bonus incentives.

During your 4-week training period, you'll earn a competitive rate of $20 per hour. *must hit the minimum requirements to qualify*
• If your earned commission exceeds your hourly pay in any given week, you will receive the higher amount!

Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter  at Sunpower , you'll be the first point of contact in our sales process. This is a field-based role where you'll engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, present the benefits of solar energy, and schedule follow-up meetings with our Sales Experts. You'll deliver an initial presentation, demonstrate key benefits of our solar solutions, and play a hands-on role in moving potential customers toward a closed sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Homeowners:  Introduce homeowners to Sunpower with a confident, compelling approach.
  • Make the Initial Sales Pitch:  Deliver a clear and persuasive in-person presentation on the benefits of going solar.
  • Demonstrate Solutions:  Show how our services work, highlight key features, and answer initial questions about the product.
  • Schedule Follow-Ups:  Set up meetings with our Sales Experts to move the conversation forward.
  • Support the Sales Process:  Assist in the sales cycle from the first point of contact through to closing—based on team needs and your performance.
  • Maintain Professionalism:  Represent Blue Raven with confidence, respect, and energy in all customer interactions

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • No Experience Necessary:  We'll provide the training you need to succeed! 
  • Door-to-Door:  Be prepared to actively engage with potential customers in the field. 
  • Communication Skills:  Strong ability to connect and converse effectively. 
  • Mobility:  Reliable transportation and the ability to stay on your feet.
