Job Description

Crush City Innovation is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. Entry Level Sales Manager responsibilities include mastering the core functions of our sales and marketing operations, working closely with senior leadership and experienced team members. In doing this they receive one-on-one guidance and support, ensuring a built confidence in managing teams and driving results.

What You'll Do

  • Learn and master the core functions of our sales and marketing operations.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead a small team of sales representatives as you grow into leadership.
  • Execute field-based sales efforts that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized solutions.
  • Manage sales activity within a defined territory, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Track performance metrics and provide feedback to help your team succeed.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and participate in customer consultations.
  • Attend weekly development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be willing to work full time hours
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Houston  area
  • Must have reliable transportation – this is an on-site role
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Background in management, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
  • A strong sense of teamwork and accountability
