About the Role:
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will:
Answer calls from patients and healthcare providers, gathering necessary information and relaying it to the appropriate clinicians.
Assist callers in a variety of situations, from routine inquiries to more emotionally charged calls.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, even in challenging or sensitive situations.
Work remotely from your home office after completing a two-week training and orientation.

What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Capacity to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or emotional situations.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts, with occasional holiday work (paid at a higher rate).
18+ years of age and eligible for employment.
A private workspace with high-speed internet, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
Basic typing and keyboard skills that meet the minimum requirements.

All applicants will undergo a background check and federal work-eligibility check as part of the hiring process.
This is a remote position, but candidates must complete a two-week training at our Gilbert, AZ, location.
