Ornate Home, one of California’s fastest-growing furniture retailers, is looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis . This role can be hybrid, with flexible in-office days at our Santa Ana location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, segmentation, and scheduling
• Design and send compelling emails using Shopify and integrated tools
• Analyze performance data to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Identify trends and propose ideas to boost engagement and drive repeat purchases
• Collaborate with the content, creative, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions
• Maintain and grow our email list in compliance with best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in furniture or home decor
• Strong understanding of Shopify and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions
• Excellent writing and design sense for email content
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan seasonal and promotional campaigns
• Must be highly organized and able to work independently
