Dispatcher to join their team!

Dispatcher will play a critical front-line role by supporting clients, coordinating service responses, and ensuring top-tier support for office technology products. The right candidate is upbeat, professional, outgoing, and ready to make a positive impact from day one.
Responsibilities - Serve as the initial point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude
- Accurately gather information and create service tickets and supply requests using internal dispatch software
- Assess and prioritize service needs, assigning technicians appropriately and escalating calls when needed
- Provide basic troubleshooting for print, copy, and scan equipment
- Manage billing and documentation by entering service call details and invoicing billable activities
- Monitor open service requests and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to provide updates and address inquiries
Required Qualifications & Experience - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of two years in a client service role
- Exceptional communication skills with clients, team members, and managers
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
